When placing an order with us not only will you be able to see plenty of photographs and videos on our website but you can also visit our workshop and showroom in person to see examples of our furniture. This will allow you to make an informed decision to avoid any possible future disappointment. We want you to be 100% happy with your new purchase and will do all we can to ensure you purchase the right item and finish.
To assist with your decision making we are also happy to post small samples of steel and/or timber for your approval if required.

Furniture that is bespoke/made to order is not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations and is therefore non-returnable. However you are entitled to cancel your contract providing you act within 2 working days of placing your order via email or phone.
If you wish to exercise this right please email sales@steelvintage.com or call us within the specified time frame.
After the 2 day cancellation period we have no further obligation to take back these Goods, though may do so with the addition of a 25% restocking fee plus any other delivery or collection fees incurred. This is entirely at our discretion.

We produce handmade furniture from industrial grade steel and solid timber. All items are thoroughly checked and carefully wrapped before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is delivered and is proven damaged or faulty we will either offer to repair the item or replace the item like for like. Due to the nature of the item being handmade a new realistic delivery date will be given.
