Ordering new furniture shouldn't be complicated. We make it simple.

How to place an order.

Website:

We’ve worked hard to ensure that our website is as user-friendly as possible! Each item has a dedicated, showcase page telling you more about the construction and inspiration; from here click ‘Choose Size’ on the yellow banner, to take you to a list of the sizes we offer (other sizes are available).

You can select your chosen size before being taken to the configuration page – here, you can choose the metal colour, wood specifications and optional extras before adding to the basket and choosing your payment method.

We also have a live chat feature (in the bottom left corner of each page), so if you are stuck – give us a message!

Phone / Email:

We understand it’s sometimes easier to speak to someone directly about your specifications – that’s why our friendly sales team are available via phone or email, both can be found here.

Contact us by phone or email with your requirements and we will send an initial quote followed by a pro forma sales invoice with payment details.

Visit our Showroom:

We have recently re-opened our showroom to visitors, please contact us to arrange a visit. Due to our live workshop, we constantly have new products going through production, if there is a particular product/collection you wanted to see, let us know in advance and we can let you know the best time to come.

We’ll be happy to discuss wood finishes and sizing with you so that you can rest assured you’re making the right choice.

Want to know how your order is coming along?

Step 1

Once you have completed the order form & paid the part/full deposit, we'll add your order to our production pipeline.

Step 2

The first stage is to go into our design queue where your designer will create the first model of your furniture.

Step 3

You will receive your GA drawings for your approval (please do this within 48hrs to avoid any delays to your order).

Step 4

Once we have your approval, your designer will complete your final drawings (making them suitable for the workshop). Then we will order your materials.

Step 5

As soon as your materials arrive, we will move your order into the workshop.

Step 6

When your order is complete we will send you photos to make sure you're happy before we wrap the item(s) ready for dispatch.

Step 7

As soon as we have your approval of the photos, any outstanding balance will need to be paid.

Step 8

Once the balance is settled, we will arrange dispatch from our workshop and depending on the delivery service you requested, we will provide an expected delivery date.

Step 9

We hope you love your new furniture just as much as we loved making it for you. At this stage we would ask for some photos of the item(s) in situ along with a review if you're happy to do so.
